We will generally try to send your order within 48 hours of receipt on the days we ship. The exception is during the Christmas Holiday Season. You may experience delays during this busier time. We currently ship orders out Monday through Thursday. Please contact us for any damaged shipments or melted chocolate, delays, or lost shipments and we will help remedy the situation.
Each order is packed with care in an insulated cool bag with gel packs. If you have a special request for your package, add an order note when checking out and we will do our best to meet your expectations. We can even include a hand-written note upon request!
We ship chocolate anywhere in Hawaii, to the US mainland, and internationally.
Domestic shipping rates:
Please note that UPS does not deliver on the weekends, but FedEx has Saturday delivery to most continental states. No PO boxes, please.
Shipments within Hawaii typically take 1-2 days.
